  3. Sources for dual-gate MOSFET devices
  4.  
  5. RCA has discontinued their 40673 dual-gate MOSFETs. These devices
  6. have been used in QST and other ARRL projects for years. To help
  7. our readers and members we are compiling a list of sources for
  8. these devices or their equivalents. This list is quite incomplete,
  9. I just didn't want to make people wait until we get it all done --
  10. it is one of many things on a large list of stuff to do. Updates,
  11. additions and corrections are actively sought! Send them to 
  12. mtracy@arrl.org   .
